About
I am a postdoctoral researcher in computational pathology and medical imaging, working under the supervision of Danijel Skočaj.
My research (funded by SMASH MSCA) focuses on developing domain-robust algorithms for clinical workflows in digital pathology.
Before joining ViCoS, I was a senior AI scientist at GE HealthCare working on synthetic data generation techniques and alzheimer’s research. In the past, I was working on segmentation and image registration problems on MRI images during my university years after which I transitioned to microscopy imaging where I did my PhD on image quality metrics, segmentation and detection with variational methods and deep learning.
