About

I am a researcher at the Visual Cognitive Systems Lab at the Faculty of Computer and Information Science, University of Ljubljana and a PhD student at the Biological Research Centre Szeged. I also work as a biologist at Single Cell Technologies Ltd.

My research focuses on combining digital pathology workflows with proteomics to uncover cellular functions, interactions and disease mechanisms.
